Orders are normally dispatched within one working day.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer four delivery options on orders placed through our website:

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 working days) – £2.85
  • Express Shipping (1–2 working days) – £4.85
  • Next Working Day – £6.85
  • Free Delivery on orders over £25 – standard 3–4 working day service

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed on the next working day. Please note that Next Working Day delivery applies to working days, so an order placed before 2pm on Friday is expected to arrive on Monday.

Our heritage dates back to before 1959, and we've been supplying cleaning products to customers for generations. We serve everyone from individual households to businesses, combining traditional customer service with a wide range of cleaning equipment available online. 

We supply a wide range of cleaning equipment, including brooms, brushes, dustpans, mops, buckets, microfibre cloths and specialist cleaning products. Our range is suitable for homes, businesses and professional trades, with products for everyday cleaning and specialist applications.

Yes. The Dustpan and Brush Store supplies cleaning equipment to businesses and organisations for their everyday cleaning requirements, as well as individual customers. If you are a trade or commercial business looking to purchase brushes, brooms or other products in bulk, visit The Brush Wholesaler to request a wholesale account.

We accept a range of secure payment methods through our online checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Simply choose your preferred payment method at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order. 

No. We currently only offer delivery within the UK. International delivery is not available through The Dustpan and Brush Store.
