Returns Policy
 
Change of Mind:
In the event of you wanting to return an item you must first get in contact with us, within 7 days of receiving the goods. This can be done in a number of ways, please visit our contact us page for more information.
After you have discussed this with us the item must be returned in the same condition it arrived to you and include any packaging or instructions and be in a resalable condition.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package. We do recommend you send items back recorded postage so that they can be tracked and used for reference.
After the goods are received they will then be checked and you are usually credited within 30 days. The cost of returning an item is covered by the customer and cannot be reimbursed.
Damaged Items:
If an order has arrived damaged or incomplete, please email us or call 01751 472202 opt2 and we will be able to help usually without the need for a return.
Please try and include images in your email as this does help speed the process up for both sides.
Please do not post items back which have arrived damaged or incomplete as you will not be reimbursed for this cost.
