Shipping policy

We offer a very simple pricing structure for all our orders placed directly on our website and offer four levels of service:

1. Standard Shipping 3-4 Day @ £2.85
2. Express Service 1-2 Day @ £4.85
3. Next Working Day Service @ £6.85
4. Free Delivery on Orders Over £25

Shipping delivery time is based on all orders placed before 2pm. So for example if you place an order at 1:30pm on Monday and pay for a next day service your parcel is expected to arrive on Tuesday. However if you ordered at 2:15pm on Monday and pay for a next day service you parcel is expected to arrive Wednesday. We have to offer this cut off time to give all our customers the best service we can and give our warehouse team the time they need to pick and pack your orders. Please note this is a next working day service. Orders placed Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
If your delivery is urgent and time critical, please call us on 01751 472202 opt2 and one of our customer care team will do everything we can to help. In the past we have done next day up till 5pm and even same day but this is only via human contact, so please get in touch with our office if your delivery is urgent.

Our free delivery service is based on a standard shipping model and will take 3-4 days too arrive. If you need the item quicker please select another delivery method.

Your parcel will be shipped in the safest and most economical way possible. This includes splitting items down into multiple boxes and reusing packaging when possible.
