We want to be as easy to deal with as possible - that is why we offer the below methods of transacting with us:
Online:
Making a purchase on the site could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on the item you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart. You can then carry on looking for other items or checkout. If you wish to remove any items in your basket simply click remove. You can then checkout and pay using our secure online payment system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

Over The Phone:
We also accept telephone orders and accept all major credit cards as well as payment via Bank Transfer and Paypal Invoice. Simply phone us on 01751 472202 between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Fri and we will be happy to help and advise on products if needed.

If you would like to place an order via email or have a purchase order number you would like to use please email us at office@thedustpanandbrushstore.co.uk
We can then create an invoice and email this over to you. We suggest if it is your first order with us to give us a call to just check we receive the email ok and it doesn't get stopped by spam filters.

Postage Pricing: 

UK Mainland
We offer 3 levels of delivery service; Express Shipping 1 to 2 day service, Standard Shipping 3 to 4 day service or Next Working Day. The price for fast delivery is slightly more expensive than economy but ensures your parcel arrives quickly. If you need your order faster or have specific delivery requirements, please get in touch before you order and a member of the team will see your order from start to finish with a personal service.

International
As standard we don't offer international delivery and our prices are for UK Mainland only. We are more than happy to deal with international customers and already have many scattered across the globe. Due to the nature of our products we cannot allow our website to work out pricing, however if you send us an email with what you are looking for we can get back to you with a price.
