13" Bassine & Cane Saddle Back Broom Head with Hole

Tackle demanding outdoor sweeping with this 13" Newman & Cole bassine and cane broom head, designed for areas where a firm, durable sweeping action is needed.

The stiff natural bassine and cane bristles provide strong sweeping performance for moving heavier dirt and debris across outdoor surfaces. This makes the broom head particularly suitable for horse stables, farmyards and other areas where a more robust natural-fibre brush is required.

At 13" (33cm) wide, this saddle-back broom head provides a useful balance between sweeping coverage and manoeuvrability. The 10cm bristle length gives the head plenty of natural fibre for working across demanding outdoor areas.

The broom head features a traditional wooden stock with a central hole for fitting a compatible tapered handle. The head is designed to be used with a 1 1/8" (28–29mm) tapered handle, the handle is inserted into the hole and secured to create the working broom, for the best results, we recommend using the broom head with the metal saddle-back clamp.
